Adam Patterson is a photographer and filmmaker based in Belfast and works globally for a range of international companies and clients.



His photographic projects focus on issues surrounding youth and social disparity within the west. He has received various grants and commissions with resulting work shown at festivals and galleries across the US and Europe.



His editorial clients include The Sunday Times Magazine, The Guardian and Time. In 2010 he was given a special mention at the World Press Photo awards for smuggling a camera to trapped Chilean miner Edison Pena, who then photographed conditions while trapped underground
