Paul has been taking photographs professionally for the past 22 years. Since leaving Newport School of Documentary Photography in 1989, he has worked as a freelance in many countries but has concentrated on issues within Latin America.



His personal projects are more often than not are related to social justice and economic issues within Latin America.



For the past thirteen years he has been based in Medellín, Colombia, where, aside from editorial and commercial commissions, he also works on photography and video projects with youths in under privileged communities.
