44 year old Jeff sits at a computer looking for a job at the WorkForce One centre in Hollywood, Florida. He comes to the job centre every day that it is open. An opening comes up on his screen and it seems like a safe possibility. 'Hopefully I will be done here at the centre' he says. Jeff used to work as a subcontractor but has been out of work since the end of 2008.
