A montage showing nine photographs and cards which had been sent to trapped miner Edison Pena by his family and friends. Not long before his rescue, Edison sent these personal items back up to the surface.
The parcels were delivered through a narrow tube - a Paloma - that acted as a lifeline, allowing food, water and regular contact between families and their trapped loved ones.
Edison was one of 33 miners trapped underground for 69 days at the San Jose mine after a collapse on 05/08/2010.
