A Red Cross (ICRC) aid worker applies bandages to a wounded child at a makeshift street hospital four days after the earthquake hit Port-au-Prince. There is hardly any medical care in the city as most hospitals have collapsed.
A 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti on 12/01/2010. Early reports indicated that more than 100,000 may have been killed and three million affected.
