Nazca, PERU

A trapezoid ground drawing intersecting a hill before branching out in lines and narrow, elongated triangles. The pre-Inca Nazca culture flourished in Southern Peru between 200 BCE and 600 CE. It produced a number of giant geoglyphs, etched into the Pampa de Nazca, that now make up a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
