At the Buganda Road Chief Magistrate's Court Makerere University Researcher Dr. Stella Nyanzi listens from the dock, at the start of the the first of many hearings held to determine if Nyanzi has a case of 'Computer Misuse' to answer regarding posts Nyani made that are allegedly offensive to the person of the President and his late mother. On that day, the hearing was adjourned, as the magistrate, Gladys Kamasanyu, was not in attendance.
