At the UNHCR transit site in Bili, Doctors Teddy and Gaylord (left) enter health data for newly arrived Central African refugees gathered in Gbadakila spontaneous site, more than five hours drive away. Tens of thousands of Central African Republic refugees have recently poured into the Democratic Republic of Congo, fleeing increased violence on the opposite side of the border.
