Dancille Mukandoli.1995: Dancille Mukandoli with 12 of the 15 children she cared for, on her meager civil servant's wages, after the 1994 genocide (four are hers, the rest orphaned relatives) 1. After the genocide Dancille Mukandoli, now a widow, brought up her own three children, and another 12 orphans on her meager civil servant's wages. Now they have all almost completed their educations and Dancille has retired. She is a grandmother and honorary treasurer of the widow's organistion, AVEGA.
