David, 32, shows the ink-stained finger that proves he voted in a presidential run-off election which was widely dismissed as a sham. "I spoilt my paper because I wanted to vote to Tsvangirai. I went to vote because I fear victimisation if I don't have ink." Those who did not vote for the ruling Zanu PF party were threatened with violence. Morgan Tsvangirai of the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) had withdrawn from the election.
