Dennis Sheehan, 59. Dennis is from the infamous Southie neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. He used to be an electronic technician. Now he calls himself 'part-time homeless' since he usually has a room which he pays for with Social Security. 'I live in the Golden Eagle Hotel. I pay 80% of my income for housing there. Its just a small little room. No cooking, nothing. So I eat in the Soup Kitchen. I like doing my own cooking, I love cooking. I'm looking for a place I can have a kitchen, like a kitchenette. Oooh. I love cooking. I make lamb. Roast of lamb. Roast… Pork Roast. Baked Potatoes. Homemade french fries. Homemade chicken soup. Mmmm-hmmm. Uhhh-huh. Spaghetti. I make my own homemade Spaghetti sauce. I love cooking. I make homemade beans too. Boston Baked Beans. Yeah!'This series of portraits was shot at St Anthony's shelter in San Francisco, USA, in November 2014.
