Elderly men sit in a bar discussing their family situations. Their children left the village to find work in the city, leaving many of the elder generation struggling to maintain their farms. Every year millions of rural dwellers migrate to cities seeking work in order to send wages back to support their families. They return to their communities for a family reunion once a year to celebrate Chinese New Year together.
