Election officials check the system at a final rehearsal prior to the 30 December 2018 presidential vote. The new computerised voting computers being used in the elections store the results electronically and at the same time prints out the voters' choice on an election ticket. After the ballot boxes have been closed, the ballots are then counted manually to check if they correspond to the electronic result.
