Foca, BOSNIA HERCEGOVINA

Fifty Bosnian Muslims return to their homes in Foca, the first to return to the village since it was ethnically cleansed by Serb forces in 1992. Their houses were partially rebuilt with the help of the UNHCR, the ICRC and the German army. Foca was the scene of some of the most brutal atrocities during the war.
