Horicho II a famed Japanese tattoo artist with some of his clients in a traditional Japanese restaurant in Yoshiwara, the capital's ancient red-light district. Horicho II usually works in tebori ('hand carving') style. After 10 years as an apprentice with the master Horicho I, he took over as his successor and inherited his name. 30% of his clients are Yakuza, the Japanese gangsters, but the majority are the general public.
