Madlan Dakhil Khalaf, an 7 year old Yazidi from Sinjar (Shingal), northern Iraq who escaped with her parents the ISIS onslaught in 2014 and after an arduous journey now find themselves in limbo living in a disused institute for people with mental health illnesses.
