Makaka Nkiki (18) is a former child soldier suffering from a skin disease and trauma after the second Congo war. Makaka is a member of Zanga-Zanga, a local organisation set up to help child soldiers by recruiting them to work in rebuilding the community, in exchange for food and somewhere to sleep.
