Members of the Hanoun family, along with Israeli, Palestinian and international activists, hold banners during a candlelight vigil against the family's eviction from their home in East Jerusalem. The Ghawi and Hanoun families were evicted from their homes on 2 August 2009, after an Israeli court ordered the property to be transfered to an extreme right-wing Jewish organisation who subsequently took over the homes only hours after the families were forcibly removed.
