Pal Kristian Lindseth was the first to conquer the river Vosso on a surfboard. He now uses a specially made surfboard, wider and shorter than most boards. Nestled amongst snowcapped mountains, and over 100km from the nearest salt water, the village of Voss seems an unlikely spot for surfing, but local surfers have found several spots to indulge their passion in rivers nearby.
