Rasim Ljaic, Minister for Minorities in the Government of Serbia and until recently part of the Action Group set up by the government to coordinate the hunt for former Bosnian Serb general Ratko Mladic. He promised that if, by the end of 2009, Mladic was not caught he would resign from the Action Group. At the end of 2009 he resigned from the Action Group. Mladic is one of the most sought after suspects from the Bosnia conflict. He has been indicted by the UN war crimes tribunal on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity.
