Saih, a streetchild whose arm was amputated by rebel militia during the civil war has his stump massaged at Hanidicap International Centre, before his is fitted with a new prosthetic arm. Thousands of innocent citizens were mutilated and had limbs brutally amputated by the by Revolutionary United Front (RUF) militia seeking support during the decade long conflict in Sierra Leone.
