Saw Min, a Burmese man with his children. He works as a translator for Burmese workers at the Tyson meat packing plant in Garden City, Kansas. The Tyson facility kills and processes between five and six thousand beef cattle every day. Kansas dominates the American beef industry, producing 25% of all beef raised in the USA. However, the industry is heavily dependent on cheap immigrant labour.
