Sister Medrala Kinga, born in Poland in 1961, is a pilgrim to The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, one of the most popular Catholic pilgrimage sites in the world. "Since my 15th birthday I wanted to become a nun. When I was 20, I joined up. I am a member of the Sisters of Immaculate Conception. I want to live like Maria. She lived a very simple life and she helped people. I want that too. I am in Lourdes to purify my soul. I pray a lot and I need the silence to think about my relationship with God and with Maria."
