The day-guard of a government school in Pan Hlaing on the outskirts of Yangon that was acting as a refuge for locals who lost their homes in the cyclone. They have since been forced to leave as the school will act as a polling station in the much-critisised May 24th referendum on the constitution. A list of all residents on the electoral register is pinned to the wall. Those who don't come to vote will face problems with the authorities. Cyclone Nargis hit Burma on 02/05/2008.
