The facade of Lhasa railway station, the first/last stop along the Qingzang (Qinghai-Tibet) railway. Travelling at altitudes exceeding 4000m, the controversial Qinghai-Tibet line is the world's highest railway. It is also the first rail track to link the Republic of China (PRC) with Tibet.
