The military commander of the division in Hpakant, along with company representatives, inspects the aftermath of a disaster at a jade mining site where the collapse of a huge lake of sludge killed at least 55 workers from the companies operating at the site in Hmaw Warn Lay. According to witnesses in the surrounding area, the companies operating at the site include three who share the mining site, Myanmar Thura, KNDPC, Chong Brothers and Shwe Nagar Koe Kaung (Nine Golden Dragon).
