The mining town of Tembagapura partly covered by clouds. The town was built at 3500m altitude for the Ertsberg copper and gold mine in the Highlands of West Papua. Since Ertsberg was exhausted, Freeport McMoRan is now concentrating on exploiting the nearby Grasberg mine.
