Two Seleka rebel soldiers at the Presidential Palace. Displaying a clear sense of irony one of the men wears a t-shirt depicting the man he helped overthrow, President Francois Bozize. Seleka ousted the Central African Republic President in a coup d'etat in March 2013. They immediately began enlisting unemployed youth into their ranks. These youths were given a brief training, armed and sent out to patrol the city. However, chaos has ensued as coup leader Michel Djotodia and his new government struggle to control their soldiers. Looting is widespread and there are regular clashes between different Seleka groupings.
