Women working in a small factory make chocolate using a mould. The business is owned by two brothers who mill cacao beans into chocolate and then form the chocolate into round biscuits. They sell these in packets of ten for a dollar a pack to retailers. The brothers learned how to make chocolate and run their business from a government employment scheme.
