A baby boy is being delivered by cesarian section in San Juan de Dios public hospital in San Miguel. He is the second child born to Erika Carolina Rivera (25) who came to the hospital two days before only to discover that the baby was not in the right position and therefore Rivera would have to deliver earlier than planned.
