A family from Odessa take a break to eat some food and rest before joining the long queue waiting to cross into Poland. A crowd of several thousand or more, mainly women and children, queued up in the freezing cold at the Shehyni border crossing between Ukraine and Poland, waiting to cross into Europe on foot. Busses to other parts of eastern Europe were also departing from the Ukrainian side of the border, as the mass exodus of people fleeing the Russian invasion now exceeded two million after less than two weeks of fighting.
