Kocho (Kojo), Sinjar, Iraq

A group of distraught female relatives weep and cry out as the funerary procession for 103 Yazidi victims of ISIS passes them by. Having been exhumed from the mass graves where they were dumped, after their murders by ISIS in the village of Kocho in 2014, their remains were identified using DNA samples before being returned to their home village for burial.
