A kangaroo carcass being skinned in an abattoir which supplies meat for the pet food industry. Bill has been skinning kangaroos all his working life - 35 years. The kangaroo leather is salted and sent to a tannery that sells about 70% of it skins to Adidas, to be made into football boots and other sporting goods.
