A member of the Specialized Inspection Group (GEF) , a part of IBAMA (Brazilian Institute of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources), Brazil's environmental protection agency, destroys brick furnaces that were used to make charcoal at an illegal sawmill. The wood used in this sawmill was extracted illegally from the Alto Turiacu Indigenous Land.
