Yangon (Rangoon), Myanmar (Burma)

A Myanmar Railway employee talks on a radio as he monitors a control panel that manually controls the points and signalling system for Yangon Circle Line trains at Danyingon station. Each day, around 100,000 people use the route despite its antiquated rolling stock and infrastructure. The commuter line loops around the city stopping at 38 stations and taking just under three hours to complete the 45 km (28 miles) circle.
