A Polish woman undergoes a termination at an abortion clinic where several of the staff are Polish. Prenzlau, where the clinic is located, is just 50 kilometers from the Polish border, and the public hospital is one of the main clinics outside Poland where Polish women go for an abortion. Dr. Rudzinski, the head of the gynaecology department, is Polish but has lived in Germany for the past thirty years. He is assisted by an anaesthetist who is also Polish as are several of the nurses. Dr. Rudzinski is open about helping Polish women needing an abortion.
