A psychiatrist and a social worker lead a group therapy session in Urdu Park for the homeless and addicted poor. The work is part of an outreach program from the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS). It is estimated that around 150'000 people - more than one percent of the city - are homeless and the incidence of mental illness amongst this group is very high. Delhi has little formal provision to deal with such a situation.
