A tower block in New Belgrade, Juri Gagarina 118, which is believed to have been the home of fugitive war crimes suspect Ratko Mladic for a period of a year up until January 2006. Mladic has been indicted for genocide for acts carried out by troops under his command in the 1992-95 war in Bosnia, but has evaded arrest with the alleged help of the Serb authorities.
