A tractor tyre lies beside an irrigation drain which dischargers into the Tobari Bay. The bay has pollution and silting problems due to the discharge from 267 miles of agricultural drains that empty into the sea of Cortez, providing, in addition to solids, water contaminated by pesticides, fertilisers, and metals, putting at risk human and the ecosystem's health, as well as the productive activities in very extensive terrestrial and marine areas.
