A volunteer gives a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer passports of Ukranians looking for asylum in the United States at the San Ysidro border crossing. The CBP has been making exceptions of Title 42 to Ukrainians, while asylum seekers from Central America, Haiti and Russia are still being refused entry at the border.
