Beni, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo

An ebola survivor, who has a level of immunity, cares for an 8-day-old baby girl called Felicite (not her real name) in the intensive care section of an ebola trearment centre. Shortly after the Felicite was born, her mother died of ebola. Felicite was taken to a creche but tested positive two days later. She has been in the centre for two days where doctors have had to insert a cannula in a vein in her head as dehydration often makes it hard to find a vein elsewhere.
