Angelina Akon (39) serving a meal of sorghum with a sauce made with peanuts (groundnuts). She says of her family ''Mainly we eat sorghum, dried fish and kudra. Sometimes, if we have money, we buy meat.'' About once a week Angelina and her family can afford to buy meat, but sometimes they can go three weeks at a time without. ''In this time, I feel bad. Sometimes my children ask for meat, but I can't buy it. I can see it in my children when they don't eat meat. They don't grow.''
