Blood splatters and graffiti, left by addicts injecting heroin, covers the doors in an underground car park in the city centre which is a well-known place to use for many addicts living on the city's streets. The 'tools' they use, syringes, sterile water, medical spoons and citric acid, are given out freely by chemists and homeless charities in the city to try and help the addicts avoid using dirty needles.
