Hagji Gorqaj and his five year old daughter Dermira. He was asked to describe his experiences since the 1999 war, when the whole population of the ethnic Albanian village of Studenica were forced to flee the fighting. "After the war their were a lot of people running around with guns, things were very chaotic for a long time. That has changed now. Life is much better than before the war, we now feel free but there is no work, this is the biggest problem we face. After independence I think it will get worse before it gets better. Now a lot of people work with the internationals, when they go a lot of people will lose jobs. I have hope that we will be able to rebuild our economy but it will take time."
