Hanne (29) from Namsos with her son outside her home. She survived the terrorist attack carried out by Anders Breivik on the island of Utoya while she was attending an AUF (Workers' Youth League) political camp in July 2011. Hanne was in the cafe building when she was shot. She was hit in her left arm, another bullet shattered her little finger and another severely damaged her neck vertebra. Her best friend died on her lap. After the attack she spent four and a half months in hospital fighting to recover. Today Hanne has a partner and two children, and works as a portrait photographer.

'The first years after Utoya I was scared for my life. I was intimidated by uniforms and loud noises. Now I am afraid of losing those I love the most, since I lost my best friend on the island.'
