'Heaven for Angels', a special area for foetuses in Manila's Northern Cemetery. It was financed by a former mayor of Manila City, Alfredo Lim. A similar location in the Southern Cemetery was financed by Lito Atienza, also a former mayor of Manila, strongly opposed to abortion, and who, for more than ten years, banned the use of modern contraceptives in the city.
