Jonathan Suarez, 33, eats Menudo, a traditional Mexican soup made with cow's tripe, at a Mexican restaurant called, Taqueria Los Compadres, after dropping his son off with his mother.

Jonathan is a Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipient and owns an essential business, ScreenCure, a mobile phone repair shop. He came to the United States from a small town in Puebla, Mexico, when he was 10 years old. He employs five people at his mobile phone repair shop. He says he has always been a fixer and as a kid he would dissect his electronic toys. Johnny attempted to fix his first phone by watching a YouTube video, but ended up breaking it. As he got better he fixed phones out of his home. For ten years now, he has had his own successful business with loyal customers.

Quotes: ''Nobody is prepared to be a father, I definitely was not prepared. I realized I was missing a lot of big moments in his life. At first it was just Saturday and Sunday and I just felt like I had to spend more time with him and so I asked for another day. And I still feel like I need to take care of him another day. Next thing you know, Iâll get a text message from her saying, 'Oh, he just took his first step'.''

''One of the saddest moments I had is when I saw my little brother. He was four years old and you see him through the glass window and you can't even touch him and he's crying. It kind of hits you, like, if I go back to Mexico I would be missing those days with my little brother. I'm still really attached to him and that crosses your mind.''

''I wish I had the opportunity to go back to Mexico and see my grandparents before they pass away. I hope it doesn't get to that point when they are that old and they are in their last moments because I would have to make the decision of seeing them for the last time or being here. And now it is more difficult because I have a son.''
