Jorge Alberto Ruiz (30), Antonio Viles (40), Armando Gaxeola (21) and Carlos Antonio Gaxeola (22) eat wheat tortilla tacos and Coca Cola for lunch while they wait for more urea fertiliser to be distributed. Carlos grew up next to the crop fields in housing complexes provided by the land owner, for whom his family has been working for two generations.
