Kelly McNulty, and her eight year old daughter Megan, take part in an auction of foreclosed houses in front of Manassas court, Virginia. Kelly was one of only two potential buyers. No bids were made. The area is suffering from a major collapse in the housing market following the subprime crisis and global credit crunch, which has forced the foreclosure and abandonment of numerous properties.
