Lilja Karen Kjartansdottir holds her son Juli Antonio Aronsson. At the start of the pandemic, Kjartansdottir was studying tourism with a view to enter Iceland's booming travel industry. When the pandemic hit she and her partner, Aron, decided to have a second child.
